It is a biological insecticide which contains naturally occurring entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana. It contains Spores and mycelial fragments of Beauveria bassiana with a minimum CFU count of 5×107/ml and carrier in liquid form.

Composition: Spores and mycelial fragments of Beauveria bassiana in wettable liquid form with added preservatives and carrier.

Application Protocol:
Soil application – Mix 1 liter of Marvel-L with 100 kg of compost/FYM incubate for 4 days and apply in the one-acre field.
Soil drenching – Mix 1 liter of Marvel-L in 100-200 liters of water and drench solution near root zone of crop.
Drip Irrigation – Mix 1 liter Marvel-L in 100 liters of water and apply using drip irrigation system.
Kitchen & Home Garden – For potted plants, mix 2 to 5 ml with 50 to 100gms (one cup or small mug) of organic manure / fertilizer and uniformly spread into the pot.

Mode of action: When the caterpillars and sucking insects come into contact with Beauveria bassiana, it starts proliferating on insects, inhibits chitin synthesis and kills the target insects. Noticeably, it grows rigorously on insects and forms mummies which spread disease epizootic situation among insects that appear at later stages.
